Chris Gloede is the Chief Consultant for Ricochet, helping associations leverage modern marketing technologies and strategies to build stronger connections with prospects, customers, and members. He also often teaches live classes to association executives at the Association Academy, sharing practical advice to improve membership and marketing efforts. Previously, Chris was the first Chief Marketing Officer of the American Bar Association where he created a culture of innovation, helped the organization recover from the recession, and reversed decades of membership decline. Chris also worked in the advertising industry for global agencies Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather.
Nicole Bowman, MBA, CEM-AP
Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Nicole, with over 20 years of experience in event and marketing management, is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for IAEE. She is responsible for developing and managing all marketing functions of IAEE including corporate branding and event marketing as well as creating and executing the comprehensive strategic marketing plan for all IAEE initiatives including chapter relations, membership, councils, events and advocacy initiatives.
Once session is completed, eligible to earn 0.75 CE credit towards CEM recertification.
