IAEE Event Tech Demo Day: Data Power, Turning Insights into Action Across the Event Ecosystem: Showcare

Recorded On: 02/24/2026

Data is at the core of every successful event strategy, powering better decisions, personalized experiences, and measurable ROI. This Demo Day will explore how organizers can harness data from multiple touchpoints — registration, marketing, matchmaking, lead retrieval, onsite engagement, and post-show reporting, to drive continuous improvement. Learn how to transform raw information into actionable insights that elevate attendee satisfaction, exhibitor success, and organizational performance.

Showcare’s session focuses on how event organizers can use data more intentionally to market their events and increase registration. You’ll learn how the 5E Event Framework shapes the attendee journey, with a deeper look at the stage where interest is created, and registration momentum begins.  We will then explore how first-party data and full-funnel audience design help organizers activate insights across messaging, channel selection, and follow-up throughout the registration lifecycle.  The session concludes with a real client example, showing how these data-led tactics were applied to grow event registration in 2025.  Attendees will leave with practical insights they can use to turn event data into measurable registration growth.

This webinar is free to IAEE members. For Nonmembers: You may purchase this full series at a discounted rate of $99 or you can choose which of the individual sessions you would like to attend for $19.99 each individual session.
