Matt Rickman is a Senior Creative Director with more than two decades of experience leading creative strategy, video production, digital content, and brand storytelling for media, events, and B2B organizations. At Questex, Matt leads the development of high-impact video and multimedia content that helps brands connect with audiences through compelling stories, authentic customer experiences, and engaging event-driven content. His work spans creative direction, content strategy, live event production, documentary-style storytelling, podcasting, photography, and emerging media technologies.
Prior to Questex, Matt served as Director of Marketing & Creative at Informa Engage, where he led creative teams and marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of events and brands. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining strategic thinking with hands-on production expertise—bridging the gap between business objectives and creative execution. A filmmaker by training and a lifelong technologist, Matt is passionate about using visual storytelling to create meaningful audience connections. Whether producing executive interviews, keynote films, customer success stories, podcasts, or large-scale event content, he focuses on turning complex ideas into engaging narratives that drive results. Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Matt continues to explore the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling while leading teams that bring brands and experiences to life through video, photography, and digital media.
