The moments that shape a team rarely appear on an agenda. In this follow up to The Journey from Self-Awareness to Team Resilience, we revisit key neuroscience insights and explore the everyday leadership interactions where trust, psychological safety, and resilience are quietly built, especially in the fast paced world of meetings and events. Through shared discussion and real scenarios from the event planning environment, participants will explore how a simple pause between stimulus and response can transform reaction into more intentional leadership.
Learning Objectives:
- Revisit key neuroscience insights from the workshop to understand how brain based responses influence leadership behavior and team dynamics.
- Recognize the small leadership moments where reactions, communication, and emotional regulation shape psychological safety and trust.
- Discuss practical leadership approaches that help teams navigate pressure, mistakes, and fast paced event environments with greater trust and resilience.
