Nicole, with over 20 years of experience in event and marketing management, is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for IAEE. She is responsible for developing and managing all marketing functions of IAEE including corporate branding and event marketing as well as creating and executing the comprehensive strategic marketing plan for all IAEE initiatives including chapter relations, membership, councils, events and advocacy initiatives.

Sheila LeMaster, CMP

Sheila LeMaster, CMP is the Vice President of Exhibitor Services GES in Las Vegas, NV.  Sheila has over 30 years’ experience in the hotel hospitality and tradeshow convention industry.  She was previously the Director of Tradeshow Operations/Convention Services for the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and opened the property in 1999.  She has produced and supported shows both at GES as well as Mandalay Resort and Casino such as the McDonalds Peak Experience, Computer Associates Annual Convention, CES, MAGIC, CONEXPO, MINEXPO, ICSC, IMEX, IMTS, Natural Products, Western Veterinary Conference, the NBA All Star Game, and the 2016 Presidential Debate.  She has strong contacts in the hospitality industry and the community and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  At GES she guides a team of professionals that maintain client and customer relationships while providing exception customer service with an outstanding product.  

Helen Sheppard

Global Director of Sustainability

Helen joined RX in January 2022 to lead sustainability globally with a focus on implementing the Net Zero Carbon Events commitments.  She is an experienced sustainability leader, having worked at RELX for the ten years prior to joining RX.  During her time with the RELX corporate responsibility team, she was responsible for human rights, engagement on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including the management of the RELX SDG Resource Centre, and advancing inclusion and diversity. She launched a flagship program for women in technology mentoring programme to improve diversity in the growing technology workforce. She led RELX’s modern slavery statement commitments including living wage assessments and conducted human rights due diligence for the business. She is experienced in ESG (Environmental, Social Governance) indices and benchmarks and has increased transparency in corporate reporting.  Helen is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and holds an MSC in Development Studies from Birkbeck, University of London.
