Tom Myers

As Senior Vice President, Sales Services, Tom Myers is responsible for leading a dynamic sales force that is accountable for growing client revenue through the sale of sponsorships, exhibits, advertising, digital properties

and other association assets. His team works to develop new and innovative opportunities in order to establish deeper relationships with the sponsoring companies of Smithbucklin’s clients, while also creating systems to enhance current exhibit and sponsorship efforts. In addition, he has implemented new forecasting improvements and developed a new measurement metric for point-in-time performance assessment.

Prior to joining Smithbucklin, Tom served as managing partner and founder of CI Group LLC, a sales, account management and go-to-market consulting company serving multiple clients, including a premier retail

technology solutions and support provider. Previously, he served as vice president of worldwide sales and service delivery for SEI LLC, a provider of outsourced retail technology support, customer service and sales support for global companies. In his role, Tom was responsible for building and managing virtual sales, account management, marketing and operation teams on four continents.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University in Fargo, N.D. and an MBA in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Benjamin Rabe

Benjamin Rabe hasover 20 years of experience leading teams and partnering with his clientorganizations to deliver growth and innovative experiences. Benjamin overseesthe professional membership groups portfolio of the American HospitalAssociation, several of which have seen significant growth over the last tenyears. Benjamin also serves as event director for several shows that haveappeared on the Trade Show News Network’s Top 250 Trade Shows List, includingNPE2024: The Plastics Show.

Benjamin is a graduateof the IAEE Krakoff Leadership Institute and he served on the IAEE Board ofDirectors for the Midwestern Chapter from 2008 to 2014, including as chair in2013. He previously served on the IAEE Hosted Buyer Program Task Force andPriority Point Systems Task Force. In addition, he is currently a member of theVisit San Antonio Customer Advisory Boards and was named an Association Forum“Forty Under 40” honoree. Benjamin holds a degree in business administrationand speech communications from Augsutana College in Rock Island, Ill.
