The Request for Proposal RFP Process A well-written Request for Proposal, RFP is essential to obtaining applications that are comparable and include realistic bids. In general, the RFP should give specific direction but not be so rigid that the creativity of the vendor is inhibited. The RFP - Three Major Elements – 1. Background and Needs Definition 2. Proposal Requirements 3. The Timetable and Process for Vendor Selection. Discuss the three major elements of an RFP and their importance. Do you feel one of these elements is more important than the others? Select one specific requirement from each section and based on your show detail why this requirement is important.

To analyze proposal criteria must be used to define vendor selection. Based on your show, using the un-weighted Evaluation Model create a scoring scale from one to 10 with 10 being the highest score.
