With over 20 years of experience in the trade show industry—18 of which have been with her current employer—Heidi has witnessed firsthand the evolving landscape of events. Known for her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships, she excels at enhancing both the exhibitor and attendee experience. As Sr. Trade Show Manager, she works closely with internal marketing and creative teams, overseeing websites and digital enhancements. Currently, she’s involved in her company’s event re-imagination projects.

Heidi recently earned her Neuroscience of Exhibitions & Events - IAEE certificate from Madison Area Technical College. She is also a graduate of the Krakoff Leadership Institute and serves on the a2z/Personify Advisory Board. Additionally, she’s a past member of the Maritz (formerly CDS) Advisory Board and the CEIR Research Committee.
