Assemble a list of contents for a crisis management plan, based on the following definition of a crisis: A crisis is an unforeseen set of circumstances or their results that call for immediate action. A crisis is any unplanned event that can: a) cause death or injury; b) shut down or disrupt the event; c) cause physical or environmental damage; or d) threaten the host organization’s standing or image.
